Important Information

Making a Booking

Please visit or phone your nearest Perfect Potion concept store (with treatment rooms) to make your appointment. You will be asked for credit card details at the time of your booking to secure your appointment.

Health Fund Rebates

Please check with us at your time of booking regarding health fund rebates.

Special Health Considerations

If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medication, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any services. It is your responsibility to inform persons performing services/treatments of any medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies or physical limitations you have prior to the commencement of your treatment services.

Your Appointment

To ensure you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We have reserved this time just for you and late arrival may mean your treatment could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full. Packaged treatment services cannot be broken up and must be taken in one session.

Pricing

Prices are effective as of 31 March 2014 and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment/s booked or your gift voucher will become obsolete.
