Are you a dynamic retail leader with a soul-deep passion for natural wellness? Due to an exciting internal promotion, Perfect Potion is seeking an exceptional leader to step into our beloved West End Sanctuary.
As the heart of this vibrant location, you will lead a dedicated team, cultivate deep community connections, and ensure every visitor experiences the transformative power of aromatherapy in our unique street-front sanctuary.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent position (approx. 34 hours per week) based in our beautiful West End store. Unlike a traditional mall environment, our West End store thrives on its eclectic, eco-conscious, and loyal local following. We are looking for a leader who values authentic connection and wants to grow their career within a brand dedicated to ethical, sustainable, and organic wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Vision: Autonomously lead and develop your team to exceed targets while fostering a collaborative, nurturing culture.
- Cultivate Community: Represent the Perfect Potion brand within the unique West End landscape, building lasting relationships with our "Green Goddesses" and local wellness enthusiasts.
- Drive Performance: Surpass sales and profitability goals by monitoring KPIs (ADS and IPS) and analysing local trends.
- Champion the Experience: Embody exceptional service through ritual demonstrations—including Chakra balancing and organic skin-care consultations—aligned with our holistic values.
- Master Operations: Manage stock control, visual merchandising, and store costs with precision.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven retail management experience.
- Local Soul: A love for the West End vibe—you understand the value of a community-centric sanctuary.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate a team to provide an uplifting customer journey.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and inventory.
- Alignment: A genuine passion for aromatherapy and certified organic, cruelty-free products.
