    My sleep ritual

    I’ve been using Sweet Dreams to help keep me sleeping through the night. I always fall asleep quickly but staying asleep has always been a problem. I rub a little bit of balm on the soles of my feet before bed and is bliss. Quality sleep is invaluable and this little treat is highly recommended! Love this product ❤️
