    Really Great for bedtime!

    This Trio of oils i use Daily at Night before ned for my bedtime sleep and Ritual, the Lavender, clary sage, and especially the camomile helps so much in these blends and help me get too and stay asleep, one ill always have on hand, keep it up Perfect Potion.

    This is the most perfect trio of evening wind down oils. I interchange which one I pick to use in a diffuser each evening and all have the desired effect. I don’t have kids but I imagine these would be so soothing in the evening to set a routine of “it’s time to wind down and start getting ready for sleep”. It’s like my brain knows what is happening and leads to a fantastic evening of sleep.
