Sweet Dreams has always been a favourite of mine, and is also one of our most popular potions among customers. Clary sage is a very important essential oil in this blend, which together with Roman chamomile and lavender makes the most effective sleeping remedy to help you get a good night's sleep.

Full ingredient list: 100% pure essential oils of: lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower oil, citrus aurantium var. amara (petitgrain) oil, citrus sinensis (sweet orange) peel oil, salvia sclarea (clary sage) oil, anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile) flower oil.
Add 3-5 drops of Sweet Dreams Blend to your Perfect Potion diffuser or oil burner and fall into a deep sleep.
Combine with other products in our Sleep Collection.
You can also add 5 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil or add 5 drops to 10ml dispersing bath oil base for an aromatherapy bath.
