    Great smell

    This is my second bottle of Sandalwood essential Oil. I love the first one which I purchased 3 years ago cuz the second one is slight different and I think cuz the smells could be extracted by different woods. However, still love the sandalwood cuz it makes me feeling I am bathed in nature :)

    Hi Yuwei, thank you for the review, we are so happy to hear that you are loving the sandalwood essential oil. We do sell two species of sandalwood: Australian sandalwood (santalum spicatum) and Indian sandalwood (santalum album). They do smell quite different, so if you've bought a different one to last time, this would definitely be the reason for the change in scent. However, even the same species of oil can also vary in scent between batches, due to changes in climate, seasonal variations and soil nutrition. But we think this is a beautiful representation of nature: wild, unpredictable and unique. Each bottle is a one-of-a-kind snapshot of that plant's ecology at a specific point in time.     This oil is authentic fragrant and real - in India its often adulterated! I also tried Santalum Spicatum which disappeared from my wrist in 10 minutes. I will be back for another bottle soon of Album.
