Keeping a sense of the sacred in various self care routines is important. Having this oil in the routine automatically gives my body the signal it's time to defrag from the day, or situation at hand. Using it in my evening bath routine - whether in the water or in a diffuser in the bathroom - the oil combination literally makes me physically relax, even before stepping into the bath. If there's no time for a long soak, then a few drops in the bottom of the shower before putting the hot water on, fills the room with the signal to destress. I love this oil, use it for when the grandkids visit and are a bit wired with excitement, as well as after a busy day "peopling". As an introvert, I can highly recommend it to other introverts, for use after hectic interactions as it's a quick way to restore and centre.
