    This book is a treasure. I find myself picking it up at various times juts to flick through, find a word and sit with it. I use it more in mediation time than any other time. I like the feel of it, the presentation, it's a calming book just to hold close to my chest and close my eyes. Thank you. It's one of the best and one of my favorite 'go to ' books.
