Forest bathing is the Japanese practice of spending time in the forest, nourishing the body, mind and soul.

Researchers have confirmed many of the healing benefits of forest bathing are due to the phytocides released by the plants in the forest. It turns out that these phytocides are the essential oils found in the forest plants.     Best blend ever

    Feel like you are in the Forrest

    I bought this essential oil after reading about the health benefits of Forrest bathing. I used it in an infuser and was surprised by how much I loved the scent. It smells like the clean air of a Forrest and I find I feel calmer when I use it.
