      The Role

      You will be the heartbeat of our daily marketing operations. You’ll wear many hats, moving seamlessly between writing evocative blog posts, assisting with social media, and ensuring our digital spaces are polished and functional.

      Your Daily Rituals Will Include:

      • Copywriting & SEO: Crafting beautiful, on-brand copy for product descriptions and educational materials with a strong focus on SEO optimization to help our community find us.

      • The Blog: Researching and writing engaging articles that position us as leaders in aromatherapy and holistic health.

      • Web Maintenance: Keeping our online sanctuary updated. This includes uploading products, updating banners, and ensuring every link works perfectly.

      • Email Marketing Support: You are the "final polish" expert. While you aren't building the templates, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling email copy, crafting SEO-friendly alt-text for images, and meticulous link-testing.

      • Social Media Support: Assisting with scheduling and community management. We are looking for a "Green Goddess" who is comfortable being on camera for Stories or Reels to share the magic of our potions authentically.

      • Agile Execution: As a small team, we pivot fast. You’ll provide the hands-on support needed to keep our marketing machine running smoothly.

            Despatch Team Members (Casual)


            The Opportunity

            Perfect Potion is seeking 2-3 dedicated Casual Despatch Team Members to join our busy warehouse team.

            These are stable, consistent roles with the flexibility to offer between 21 and 35 hours per week for each team member.

            •    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
            You will be primarily responsible for the careful picking and packing of our small, fragile aromatherapy products. While the work is not difficult, it absolutely requires exceptional care and attention to detail to ensure our beautiful products arrive to our customers in perfect condition.

            Key Responsibilities

            Working in harmony with the Despatch Team Leader, your role will focus on:

            •    Order Picking: Accurately pick products according to order specifications from various storage locations
            •    Order Packing: Carefully and efficiently pack orders, ensuring products are secure and protected for transit, adhering to specific packing requirements for different order types (e.g. fragile items, international shipments).
            •    Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks on picked items to ensure they match order details and are free from damage.
            •    Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for despatch, including packing slips and shipping labels.
            •    Inventory Management Support: Assist with basic inventory tasks such as stock replenishment and cycle counting as required.
            •    Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and manual handling techniques.
            •    Team Collaboration: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily despatch targets and maintain a tidy and organised work environment.
            •    Problem Solving: Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with orders or stock to the Despatch Team Leader promptly.
            •    Maintain Work Area: Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.


            Skills & Experience to Succeed

            We are looking for reliable, dedicated, and proactive workers who take genuine pride in their work and are eager to become valued members of our team.

            Essential:
            •    Proven experience in picking and packing, specifically with small, delicate, or fragile items.
            •    Demonstrated high attention to detail and accurate counting experience.
            •    Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kgs. This is a stand-up position requiring you to be on your feet for up to 7.5 hours a day.
            •    Reliable team player with the ability to listen, follow directions and standard operating procedures, and communicate effectively.

            Desirable:
            •    Prior general warehouse experience.
            •    Current Forklift Licence.
