    Not for me

    Unfortunately PP spray perfumes to me seem dominanted by alcohol. I recently bought the Chakra perfume spray and it is the same. Do not recommend. Prefer oil roll perfume as it lets the true scent and characteristics of the essential oil shine.

    Hi Anna, thank you for your feedback! All our perfume sprays are indeed made on a base of plant derived ethanol. The ethanol acts as a solvent and preservative and also allows for strong concentrations of essential oils to be safely worn on the skin. Additionally, because ethanol evaporates quickly, it helps to lift the fragrance from the skin and diffuse it into the air around the body. While the scent of the alcohol may be strong at first, when given a couple of minutes to settle, the aromas of all the essential oils are what linger. You are correct in that the oil based perfume rollers offer a different scent experience, as the carrier oil helps to hold the essential oils to the skin and interact with them in a different way to the ethanol. We are happy to know that you have found a type of application that works best for you!
