This gently settles into a nurturing floral heart of Lavender, Geranium, Palmarosa, and Ylang Ylang—oils chosen for their profound ability to soothe tension, quieten the mind, and open the heart chakra to receiving love.

To ground this airy sweetness, we have anchored the blend with the earthy warmth of Patchouli and the gentle spice of Ginger. These base notes provide a feeling of stability and physical warmth, mimicking the sensation of being held and supported. The addition of exquisite Rose Absolute adds a touch of enchantment, reminding us to be gentle with ourselves and others.

Add 3-5 drops of Hug Time Blend to your Perfect Potion diffuser or oil burner.

You can also add 5 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil or add 5 drops to 10ml dispersing bath oil base for an aromatherapy bath.

Behind the Blend

This loving blend was originally created as a signature scent for a very special wedding in Japan. It was never intended to be a blend released to the public. Later, when the beautiful couple had their baby, the little baby spent some time in hospital. Every time I called the Japan team, I would say "Please send a hug" to send my love to our manager and her family. The baby and the family are now doing well, and we ended up naming the blend "Hug Time" and releasing it to the public with their permission in honour of this sweet and heartfelt story.
