Sweet Dreams Aromatherapy Balm is an essential sleep-supporting companion, combining the calming essential oils from our Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend with sweet almond oil and beeswax to create a smooth-textured balm for safe topical application, encouraging a blissful night’s sleep anywhere you go.   

The sweet, herbaceous scent of this balm has a soothing effect on the nervous system. It contains 100% pure essential oils of lavender, petitgrain, sweet orange, clary sage and Roman chamomile to help you unwind and fall into a restorative sleep.

Best for a calming massage ritual before bed, so you can benefit from both the powerful relaxing effects of the essential oils, alongside the grounding and tension-relieving properties of massage.

Massage this sleep-inducing balm into your temples, wrists, shoulders and the back of your neck to prepare your mind and body for a deep, restful sleep.
