Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend - 10ml

Breathe Easy is an essential natural remedy during winter and cold and flu recovery. The fresh aroma creates a cooling, clearing sensation in your nasal passages, allowing you to breathe more freely, and helps to soothe airways that have been irritated by sore throats and chesty coughs.

Breathe Easy features a decongesting blend of 100% pure essential oils, including eucalyptus, peppermint and pine to help you replace congestion with clarity; purifying lemon to help lift energy when feeling fatigued and support your natural immune defence; spike lavender and Atlas cedarwood to assist with loosening-up mucus in the respiratory tract; and healing tea tree and red thyme with spicy aniseed and ginger to help ward off germs.

100% pure essential oils of: eucalyptus polybractea (eucalyptus) oil, citrus limon (lemon) oil, mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, pinus sylvestris (pine) oil, cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedarwood) oil, pimpinella anisum (aniseed) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) oil, lavandula latifolia (spike lavender) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil, thymus vulgaris (red thyme) oil. Possibly sensitising to some individuals. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin. Do not add to bath. Keep out of reach of Children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. Skin irritation may result with contact with undiluted essential oils

Room diffusion: To help clear the air and make breathing easier during times of sickness, stuffiness and congestion, add 5 drops of Breathe Easy to your ultrasonic diffuser.

Steam inhalation: Fill a heat-safe bowl with steaming hot water and add 5 drops of Breathe Easy blend (we suggest you start with fewer drops and add more if you need). Place a towel over your head to help trap in the steam, and with your eyes closed, take a few deep, cleansing breaths. For a quick steam inhalation while showering, add a couple of drops to the shower floor.

On the go: Add 3-4 drops to a handkerchief or tissue and hold under your nose, or inhale directly from the bottle as often as needed.

Massage: Dilute 2 drops of Breathe Easy to every 10ml of your choice of carrier oil (such as cold-pressed sweet almond oil or jojoba oil). Massage across chest and back.
