About The Aromatree Book and Masterclass

The Aromatree book has been 30 years in the making. It provides us with very comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of aromatherapy. It started out as an idea to make learning aromatherapy enjoyable and informative. Over the years it has evolved to reflect the complexity and diversity of aromatherapy.

As an educator I would often notice how frustrated people would become when they had to learn the individual properties and actions of essential oils. The Aromatree identifies the relationships that exist between the individual oils and the different parts of the Aromatree – the roots and rhizomes, resins, woods, seeds, fruits, leaves and flowers.

We examine the relationship and pattern between the botany of the plant, traditional folklore, symbolism, mythology of plants, aroma, chemistry, pharmacology, essential oil safety, our psyche, our personality, the chakras, the energetics according to traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, and blending tips.

It embraces all aspects of aromatherapy. Whether you are a beginning or a professional aromatherapists you will gain an incredible insight into using essential oils.
