Perfect Potion Customer Care Program
What is it?
The Perfect Potion Customer Care program is our online extension of our customer experience program. We strive to deliver the same wonderful communication and sense of community as we offer in-store via our email marketing and social media platforms.
Signing up to the Customer Care program allows us to remain in contact with you after you have left the shops (online and physical). We do this with the view that continued education and insight into our wonderful company and Perfect Potion community will help us to continue to build a lasting and trusting relationship with you, our customer.
Perfect Potion collect your contact information in order to keep in touch with your via emails. We encourage all customers to join our social media community by following us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
Emails are generally sent from 1-3 times a week and contain information regarding exclusive special offers, new product releases, important events and workshops.
Signing up to the customer care program gives you the added benefit of accruing points on your purchases. For every dollar spent, you will earn 1 point, once you reach 200 points, you are eligible to receive $10 off your next purchase. The points you accrue are available for 12 months from the time of purchase, at which point they expire.
Points are accrued and redeemed at any Perfect Potion location – including online!
From time to time we may choose to reward our outstanding customer care customers with extra bonuses. We reserve the right for these bonuses to change from month to month and year to year.
Updating my account information
To update your account information, please log in to your customer care account and click on the Update Details tab. Decide whether you would like to receive our newsletters on this page as well.
In the footer of the Perfect Potion website, under the header “log in or join our customer care program”, click “forgot your password?” Enter your email address and follow the instructions given. If you do not receive an email into your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail.
If at any time you wish to remove your details from our mailing list, you may do so by unsubscribing directly from the email you have received. If you have any questions regarding your email subscription, please contact Perfect Potion Marketing at 1800 988 999 or via email.
Unsubscribing from the mailing list will not remove you from our customer care program. You will continue to accrue points on every purchase.
Perfect Potion does not accept any back orders. If you have questions regarding out of stock items, please contact Customer Service.

Returns and exchanges
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity.
You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not do what it is supposed to do. Perfect Potion products must be returned as soon as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Electrical products come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase as per manufacturer’s guarantee. All electrical products must be returned to place of purchase or sent directly to Perfect Potion’s Head Office based in Virginia, Queensland. For returns from our stores, please allow one (1) week transfer and two (2) working days for testing upon receipt at our head office.
If your electrical product is deemed to have a major fault, we will contact you so that you can select your option of a refund or replacement. If it is deemed to have a minor fault, it will be repaired or replaced then sent directly back to you. If your product is found not faulty, you may be charged to have it returned to you.
There will be no refund or exchange on your electrical product until it has been tested by Perfect Potion’s Quality Assurance department. If you require further information, please contact the Office of Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs in your state.
We will make no attempt to identify anonymous users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the internet service provider’s log files.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of compiling reports on Website activity and providing other services relating to Website activity and internet usage.
