Important Information

Your appointment

To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. As your treatment time has been especially reserved for you, late arrival may mean that your treatment could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full. Packaged treatment services cannot be broken up and must be taken in one session.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show will incur a 50% charge of the treatment/s booked or your gift voucher will become obsolete.

Health fund rebates

Please check with us at your time of booking regarding health fund rebates.

Prices effectives as of 1 June, 2009 and are subject to change without notice.

Special health considerations

If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling or receiving any services. It is your responsibility to inform persons performing services/treatments of any medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies or physical limitations you have prior to the commencements of your treatment service.
