Uses
The refreshing citrus scent of grapefruit is cheerful and joyful. It promotes confidence, clarity and alertness. It may be used to alleviate congested and oily skin.
Directions
Adults: Add 3 drops to oil vaporiser or bath or 4 drops to every 10ml carrier oil, 1-3 times daily. Children: Half the adult dose.
Cautions
Considered non-toxic, non-irritant and generally non-sensitising. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice. Skin irritation may result from contact with undiluted essential oils.
