How to use

Adults: Add 5 drops of Breathe Easy Blend to an oil vaporiser or 4 drops to every 10ml carrier oil, 1-3 times daily. Children: Half the adult dose.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. Skin irritation may result from contact with undiluted oils. Not to be used in children under two years of age, without medical advice. If cough or other symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

100% pure essential oils of: eucalyptus polybractea (eucalyptus) leaf oil, mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf oil, pinus sylvestris (pine) oil, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedarwood) bark oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil, lavandula latifolia (spike lavender) oil, thymis vulgaris (red thyme) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil, pimpinella anisum (aniseed) oil.

Traditionally used for the temporary relief of headache, arthritis, rheumatism and muscular aches and pain. Eucalyptus can be used as an inhalation for the temporary relief of respiratory problems such as coughs and colds, flu, sinusitis and mucous congestion.

peppermint

mentha piperita

The fresh minty odour of peppermint is refreshing, clarifying and awakening.

pine

pinus sylvestris

The fresh scent of pine enlivens the spirits. It is cleansing and invigorating. It promotes feelings of wellbeing and may be used to promote healing and meditation. It may be used as a room deodoriser and freshner.

lemon

The fresh, citrus scent of lemon is purifying and refreshing.

tea tree

melaleuca alternifolia

Tea tree oil can be used as an inhalation for the temporary relief of respiratory problems such as coughs and colds, flu, sinusitis and mucous congestion. Tea tree will provide temporary relief from the symptoms of eczema, cold sores, and rashes. It will assist and promote the healing of wounds and minor cuts and soothes insect bites.

Spike lavender oil has traditionally been used for the relief of headaches and muscular aches and pains.

ginger

The spicy scent of ginger oil is warming and invigorating. It promotes confidence and courage.

aniseed

Aniseed oil is traditionally used for the relief of gastrointestinal disturbances such as colic and flatulence. Used as an inhalation it loosens and liquefies mucous to relieve symptoms of hay fever and sinusitis.
