How to use

Add 5-7 drops of Harmony Blend to your oil burner or add 5 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. Skin irritation may result from contact with undiluted essential oils.

Aniseed oil is traditionally used for the relief of gastrointestinal disturbances such as colic and flatulence. Used as an inhalation it loosens and liquefies mucous to relieve symptoms of hay fever and sinusitis.

frankincense

boswellia carteri

The fresh scent of frankincense is spiritually uplifting. Used in meditation it enhances spiritual wisdom and inspiration. It may be used for mature and dry skin.

juniper berry

 juniperus communis
