Our Corporate Wellbeing Workshops are available on a range of subjects as follows:
Pure Relaxation - you will discover how to relax naturally using a range of techniques. This includes the art of blending essential oils to unwind, using flower remedies to ease your mind and drinking herbal teas to soothe your spirit. In addition to this, we also discuss other ways to relax such as meditation and yoga.
The Positive Workplace - a workshop to inspire you and give you practical ideas and tips on how to make your workplace and life a positive experience. We take a look at which essential oils and blends to use to make your workplace more energetic, stress-free and harmonious. Learn about essential oils to increase your concentration levels, keep you motivated and enhance your creativity.
Aromatherapy and Wellbeing - this workshop is designed to teach you more about looking after yourself and your team on a physical and emotional level through the use of pure essential oils and other natural remedies. We look at a range of solutions, from managing common ailments through to boosting your energy and lifting your mood.
Nurturing Yourself Naturally - taking time out to nurture and indulge yourself is important for your wellbeing. This workshop will give you tips on how to nurture yourself everyday as well as how to indulge yourself by making and using exquisite aromatherapy treats.
