Create Your Own Sacred Space Blend Competition

As I inhale the rich earthy and musty scent of vetiver oil, I recall with surprising vividness walking through the Tasmanian rainforest. As the scent of vetiver further envelopes me, I feel a sense of calmness and tranquillity. I feel at one with nature. This event happened more than 25 years ago but in my mind, each time I smell vetiver I feel like it happened just the other day.

The sense of smell can evoke such powerful emotions. It can awaken long lost memories. To me, the rainforest in Tasmania will always be a sacred space.

Sacred spaces have the ability to move us at a profound level. Sacred places have the ability to arouse our spirit to connect with humanity and impart a deep sense of calm and stillness.

We all have our sacred space. It might be a temple, a church, a monument or shrine, it may be a place that is saturated with the ambience of an ancient tradition. Nature also offers some incredible sacred spaces - mountains, caves, rainforests, gardens, rivers, waterfalls and canyons.

It can be a place of refuge, a quiet retreat for renewal, a sanctuary for your personal needs. It can be a place where you can escape the pressures of the day or anywhere you feel safe and comfortable. Sacred spaces reconnect you with your higher self. They promote spiritual openness and connection. Sacred spaces are healing and comforting and cultivate a sense of harmony and balance with all of your surroundings.

It is with this in mind that I thought how wonderful it would be to have a range of sacred spaces blends using pure essential oils. It would be even more wonderful if you play an important role in creating the sacred space essential oil blends.
