  • Whenever you make a purchase at a Perfect Potion concept store (including products, discovery nights, workshops and services in our rest, retreat, renewal rooms) you will receive Customer Care points which accumulate for redemption on future purchases. Simply let one of our team members know your details at the time of purchase.
  • With each dollar you spend you will receive one (1) Customer Care point. Once you have accumulated 200 points you will be entitled to receive $10 off your next purchase. Customer Care rewards points must be redeemed within 12 months of allocation of points. Failure to redeem points within 12 months from the date of allocation will result in points being forfeited.
  • The Customer Care Program is open only to Australian residents.
  • To spoil you, we will reward you with regular treatment and product offers throughout the year. These will be available to Customer Care members exclusively.
  • You will be one of the first to know about brand new products, upcoming wellbeing workshops, special events and receive valuable information on how to make natural therapies part of your life through receipt of regular newsletters.
