Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions of your involvement in the Customer Care program are as follows:
- your initial purchase at time of registration is excluded (i.e, you cannot earn points) unless the purchase value is $200.00 and over;
- points can be earned and redeemed at any Australian Perfect Potion concept store;
- points can be earned but cannot be redeemed from Online Shop purchases;
- reward value - for every $200.00 spent = 200 points = $10.00 in discount value;
- benefits are calculated on the GST inclusive amount of all purcahses (net after discount and/or delivery charges);
- not available in addition to or in conjunction with trade discounts, practitioner discounts or other discount schemes;
- includes gift voucher purchases, but excludes redemptions; rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of allocation of points. Failure to redeem points within 12 months from the date of allocation will result in points being forfeited;
- minimum of 200 points may be redeemd from any one purchase;
- please allow 3 days for points to be credited to your account;
- points are accrued in Australian Dollars;
- after registering, members will from time to time receive information about the Customer Care Program. By registering for the Customer Care Program, you agree to receive this communication by mail or email;
- points accumulated are not exchangeable for other rewards, nor are they refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit;
- Perfect Potion may issue bonus points from time to time at its own discretion and for certain activities;
- points are non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred in any way;
- points will be adjusted if there are any issues arising from exchanges or return of goods or billing or payment disputes;
- these terms and conditions form the basis of the Customer Care program. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. Perfect Potion has made every effort to ensure that the information provided in relation to the customer care program is accurate and in good faith;
- Perfect Potion deals with all customer information in accordance with its privacy policy;
- Perfect Potion gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of any rewards or benefits;
- Perfect Potion reserves the right to terminate or review the Customer Care program at any time without prior notice or without liability for doing so;
- in the event the Customer Care program ceases to operate, all points, which have not been exchanged for available rewards within 60 days of perfect potion issuing a notice to members that the rewards program has ceased to operate, will be cancelled.
Your privacy is respected by Perfect Potion and as such we take care to ensure that the information you give us is protected from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
